Refund and Returns Policy

We provide “LIFETIME REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE” warranty in Hong Kong. All items which are purchased under DR.SAFETY are included.

Labour and inspection cost are FREE FOR LIFE to guarantee all the items are safety used by consumers. Shipping and Parts are excluded. You are welcome to bring the damaged item to one of our shops for repair.

All our shops in Hong Kong are opened from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Sundays are closed and public holidays will be depended on special arrangements.

Dr.Safety receives claims under warranty for products which have failed due to reasons not covered by the Dr.Safety Lifetime Repair and Maintenance. One of the main causes of product failure which is not covered by warranty is when the damage is customer induced.

Change of mind returns/exchanges:

We are pleased to offer reasonable returns or exchanges within 7 days after purchased.

With a receipt or tax invoice:

  • We can provide a refund
  • All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
  • Receipts and invoices must be valid and intact

All refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Cheques will be refunded as cash (once bank processing of the cheque has occurred) and credit card refunds must be processed back onto a credit card together with 5% of administration charge deducted from the total amount of refund.

Note: A credit card must be present to receive a refund.

Without a receipt:

We will record your proof of identification (eg. ID, drivers’ licence) when processing returns without a receipt. Without this, we may not be able to accept your return.

All goods for exchange must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition 


Returns can be made in-store or over the phone through Customer Support. Goods purchased using PayPal must be returned via the original payment method. If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.

Online purchases/exchanges:

Online purchases can be returned either in-store with the invoice or by contacting our Customer Support team at


Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on the following items:

  • Custom-made products
  • Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request
  • Tinted paint

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available.
